Prana is the universal energy which flows through the chakras and is similar to โ€˜Chiโ€™ in Chinese medicine. The Prana Shakti, or life force, in your body is enhanced by the quality of air you breathe and how effectively you breathe through your lungs.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’›
