This Pranayamic breathing exercise is especially helpful when you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed or tired.🌟

Pranayamic Breathing Exercise
✨ Sit cross leggedπŸ§˜πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ or on a chair with your back straight and relax your shoulders, or, if you prefer, lie down.
✨ Place one hand on your abdomen and the other on your chest.
✨ Take a deep breath in through your mouth for the count of 4. πŸ’› Feel your abdomen rise as you inhale.
✨ Hold your breath for the count of 4.
✨ Breathe out slowly for the count of 6 and repeat this exercise 6 times.
