β€œFor breath is life, and if you breathe well you will live long on Earth.” – Sanskrit proverb πŸ’«βœ¨

Here at Surya Prana Nutrition, the word ‘Breathe’ means so much as it is a fundamental part of Prana. Prana is the universal energy which flows through the chakras and is similar to β€˜Chi’ in Chinese medicine. The Prana Shakti, or life force, in your body is enhanced by the quality of air you breathe and how effectively you breathe through your lungs.πŸ™πŸ½πŸ’›
