‘Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished’

LAO TZU 🌿✨💛⠀

My daily woodland walks are restorative and give me a chance to gather my thoughts, connect with myself and enjoy the real beauty of our natural world. Listening to the sound of the birds, feeling the breeze on my face or even just observing how delicately the raindrops cling to the leaves is truly humbling and rejuvenating.🌳⠀

Spending time in nature reminds us of our true essence and that we are part of something far greater than the constructs of the modern world. ✨🙏 💛⠀

Top tips on how to incorporate more interaction with nature when you live and work in the city…⠀

👉 Take time out from a fast-paced work day by finding a green space for a quiet lunch and a little rest. ⠀
👉 Opt for outdoor activities as much as possible. Many recreation grounds and parks run yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes.⠀
👉 Book short breaks which involve hiking, exploring, climbing or even spend time by the sea. ⠀

Interesting fact! ⠀
Did you know that London is already one of the greenest cities in the world? In July 2019, London became the world’s first National Park City, making our capital greener, healthier and wilder! 🌿🌿🌿⠀
