Our capsules are made in the UK by manufacturers who adhere to strict Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Are your products suitable for vegans?

Yes, all of our products are suitable for vegans. Our capsules are made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), which is plant-derived.

How are your ingredients sourced?

Our founder, Kay, is a registered nutritionist and she combines her knowledge and experience with herbs and spices and her professional training to source the highest pharmacopoeial grade possible with the help of her trusted suppliers.

Are all of your products organic?

Yes, we only use organic ingredients and are fully accredited by the largest organic certifying body in the UK, the Soil Association.

Are your supplements tested for heavy metals?

Yes, our raw materials are tested for metals, contaminants and microbiology.

I struggle to swallow capsules, can I open them up?

Yes, our capsules are easy to open. You can empty the contents into water, juices or smoothies.

I am on prescribed medication, can I take your supplements alongside these?

How do I store the products?

Our packaging is designed to ensure that our herbs stay fresh for you and our products are labelled with storage instructions. We recommend that they should be stored away from direct sunlight and away from humidity or heat.
