Surya Prana Nutrition's Summer Mango Lassi
It’s mango season! With their deliciously sweet flavour and vibrant ochre orange flesh, now is the perfect time to enjoy them at their best. Mangoes are high in free radical neutralising antioxidants, such as beta carotene, vitamin C and vitamin E. They are also full of soluble and insoluble fibre, which helps support bowel health. Here’s a simple mango recipe using our lovely Organic Ceylon Cinnamon and Organic Turmeric with Black Pepper Powder. This recipe uses Kesar mangoes, but you can use the Alphonso variety too. 
  1. Peel, pit and dice the mangoes. 
  2. Place all the above ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. 
  3. Sit back, relax and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Top tip: Choose ripe mangoes which are slightly soft to touch and without bruising on their skin.
